Catching up

Wow! It has been a long time since I last updated this blog. I'm sorry it has taken me nearly a year to find some time to post. Sometimes time just moves to fast for me, and I can't seem to keep up with it. I will just start by telling you about what has happened to us in the past year. Last summer we took a family trip to Arizona, and got to enjoy old friends and family. Last August school started. I started to teach kindergarten, Abby entered 8th grade, Ashley began 6th grade, and Dawson moved into 3rd grade. (I can't believe how old they are.) Last October Abby ran the St. George marathon, and she is already planning to run another one in June. Last December we celebrated the holidays by visiting friends, skiing, sledding, eating sweets, and just having fun. And last week we went to San Diego over spring break. Lots of other things have happened over the last year as well, but I thought I would just tell you about some of the main highlights. Anyways we have had an amazing year. Sorry it took me so long to post, once again I will try to post ore often.

Summer...

Hey everyone,

Our family is so excited now that summer is here. I think some of us were really getting tired of school. We are really excited about our next vacation coming up. We get to go to Arizona! We are hoping to visit many friends and family members while we are there, and are thrilled to hear that the weather is going to be warm. (We are really getting tired of rain and snow.) Also this summer we are looking forward to sports. Ashley and Dawson's soccer games, and Abby is ready to start playing outside for her tennis lessons. Lets just hope the good weather that is starting to come around is here to stay.

Srping Break...

Hello friends! Over Spring Break our family went to Florida! We all really enjoyed the nice warm weather and being able to see our cousins. We also visited some of DisneyWorld's many parks including Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, and one of Disney's waterparks called Typhoon Lagoon. Abby and Dawson loved swimming with sharks (one of the many things you can do at Typhoon Lagoon), while Ashley loved going on "Space Mountain". We all enjoyed the beach and nobody was ready to go home at the end of the week!
